The power of nature

Founded in 1999, Amorim Cork Italia, which makes excellence its philosophy of life, supplies corks to wine producers throughout Italy from their plant in Conegliano, in the heart of the Treviso hills.
Its advanced technological research has made it possible to ensure that each type of wine could have a tailor-made cork stopper that could protect wine properties and guarantee its evolution.
The company produces 1,300,000 high quality cork stoppers every day, which is why company management, led by CEO Carlos Veloso dos Santos, has developed a great sensitivity towards all issues related to environmental sustainability. This sensitivity first gave rise to the Ethical project and then later to the evolved Suber Circular Economy Project.
